Ding, My 140 is pending at NSC over 1 year. Those SOBs in NSC

Ding!!! My 140 is pending at NSC over 1 year. Those SOBs in NSC. I wrote to one senator in my state. He asked NSC and got the same answer as I can get online. " case is pending".

TSC is just 6 months waiting, but the waiting in NSC is endless. If we don't do anything. Those SOBs will let us wait for ever. Can we sue NSC about this? I am not sure about it.
