EAD renew應該提前多長時間合適？ 公司的律師說

提前4個月就足夠了。我第一次申請就等了近四個月，還找了議員給催。 新的EAD是從批準日生效，還是舊EAD的expiration date? 上次EAD三個月後infopass, 不給發interim EAD， 現在又給發嗎？公司律師的秘書說她前幾天還幫人拿過interim EAD. 大家誰能幫著澄清一下這幾個問題，謝了！
