Radiology, Pingjiang: Shall I withdraw 1st perm?

Radiology and Pingjiang and all Masters:

Case I:

EB3 Perm PD Apr 2006
I-140 rejected because Attorney filed wong classification (Should be EB3 but filed EB2 I-140) Mar 2007
Refile I-140 Apr 2007 correct classification, still pending now in NSC
July 2007 filed EB3 485, got Receipts and did FP in Oct 2007

Case II:
Filed EB2 in Oct 2007
in November 2007 received a notice from DOL - cannot process EB2 perm because they do not accept multiple perm for the same position. It says that they will deny EB2 perm if I do not withdraw the EB3 perm.

Very confused. Shall I withdraw the 1st one? I am in 485 process now it is a pity to withdraw. But overall the EB2 would be much faster. My problem is that I am not sure if the EB2 perm will get approved or not even though I withdraw the 1st one. And I am not sure if I will consider change job aftter the 180 days after 485 application.

Radiology, Pingjiang and Master, what's your opinion? Thanks a lot!
