XBT and other experts, please help on concurrent filing

Hi, all,

My laywer is going to file 140 and 485 concurrently for me (PERM EB2), even though I told him China-born nationals need to wait until after cut-off date. He had success with Indians in my company in same situation.

Please help with the following questions (and please forgive me for not being able to type in Chinese):
1. If it (485) gets rejected, would it affect my future application (485)?
2. If it gets rejected, would my wife (working on TN) be able to renew her TN?

BTW, my wife and I were born in China and are Canadian citizens. I am working on H1 and my wife on TN.
