I just got the letter from FBI today. It said my NC was processed and finalized at Aug. 16 and it was forwarded to USCIS. But so far my I-485 still didn’t approve yet. I am in EB3 and the PD is July 2002. Do you think it is because the VB?

Since I stuck in NC over four years. Do you know if my case can be processed without waiting VB? Is there a way to put CIS to process my case, the case in their hand about three months now. Any suggestion. Please help. Thanks,
