請問, H1B transfer pending, 能用EAD嗎?

LD是H1B transfer 在現在的公司工作, 還在pending等待批準. LD已經有了EAD. 現在有另外一家公司想要LD, 問題是能用EAD到新公司上班嗎? 正在Pending的H1B transfer 怎麽辦呢? 多謝了!
