挺奇怪的LUD，請幫忙看看

我的485 pending，EAD剛批兩周，AP這幾天LUD兩次：10/30, 11/01。奇怪的是前一個
單位的H-1B（6/2006-7/2007)也在11月1日LUD，status變成了"Case reopened or
reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending."

Online notice 說“We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER
on October 31, 2007, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also
mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow
any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30
days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need
something from you.”

不知道為什麽USCIS要reopened or reconsidered前一個單位的H-1B? 謝謝！
