H1B transfer DIY - 問題求教

剛剛拿到我的H1B才兩個月，公司就從分裂了。我跟著分出來的公司，又得開始折騰H1B transfer。上一次是請了律師，我留了一套申請的材料。這次，我決定自己辦。東西弄得差不多了，就是有幾個問題拿不準，向各位大蝦請教：（我是從NONPROFIT 轉NONPROFIT）

Question 2: Shall I check “e – Change of employer” only? Or I shall check both “a – New employment” and “e- Change of employer”?

Question 3: shall I put my current H1B receipt number in the box?

Question 4: do I need to fill in this box with my previous application receipt #? I am not applying to change and/or extend my status. I am just applying for a H1B transfer. Does that count as “status change”?

Question 5: Which box I shall check, “b” or “d”? I feel “d – Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status” is proper because I am holding H1B.
