Landing questions - thank you

Nov 11th will be Canadian's Remembrance day. Does anybody know the following Monday(Nov. 12th) will be also the holiday? I need to landing Canada that period of time. Just want to make sure the government offices will be open that day (Nov. 12th). Any suggestion / idea are greatly appreciated.
