EB1a,全家fileI-485我是主申請人，應該填I-134還是I-864

學校律師說填-134， 而且隻填 第8項，The following persons are dependent，不用填第3項. This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person。看過皮匠老師搏克，說-134是擔保非移民簽證的，我該填哪個表，糊塗了，請指點。
