typically if court already denied the MTD, then your NC will be put into some sort of NC expedite pipeline, and in most of case, they will solve this before next meeting. If not, you can submit some discovery list, and ask UCSIC/FBI to provde details of the process with your case. another possiblility is that, since Court denied the MTD, the only thing AUSA can argue is that how long the delay is unreasonable.

if possible, could post more information regarding your case, such as, Pro Se, or with lawyer, how long your case has been pending, which district, etc. Did Judge write any opinion ?
