父母延期加急

眼看父母I-94上的期限就要到了，現在延期還沒有被處理。我想能不能給USCIS發傳真要求加急？請問大家有沒有這方麵的經驗。加急的理由可以說些什麽？我們的申請在加州處理，請問傳真號。謝謝了。
