老公拿到綠卡，我還能去嗎？

（1）這種H1的話有無不批準的可能性？
（2）如果我也拿到了H4,就在我即將去美國的時候，他的綠卡最終批下來了，我當然是不能加入綠卡申請了，但是我還能持H4前往美國並且合法居留嗎？
