急， 請pjiang, xiaobaitu 等大俠幫幫忙！

今天剛從HR那裏得到晴天霹靂，俺一家8月13日file的case因為律師沒有在一張支票上簽字， 上周給退回啦！ 他們立即給Refile了。

為了綠卡，當初放棄了多個offer,自己喜歡的公司，辛辛苦苦在這個小公司2年；
辦綠卡自己都聯係好中國律師啦，公司HR卻不讓！LD和幼子花了3萬多飛到美國。
到頭來竹籃打水一場空， 命也，運也。


現在隻想問問兩位大俠，這樣情況下有救麽；如果沒有救，早做打算啦，畢竟
拖家帶口！
