我現在正在辦J-1豁免及H1-B申請，昨天豁免剛剛得到批準， 請問我是不是可以遞交485申請了(140 EB1 已經遞交）？

另外如果遞交485時，配偶是不是一定要在美國境內？或者必須遞交以後再離境才行？
Yes.
And He/She might need to come back for FP, so it is better leave US after FP.

主申請人最多能離境多久（探親）？多謝！

I think few months is usually OK after you got receipt and done FP (you can reschedule it though if you are not in US ).
