請教pjiang, xiaobaitu, radiology 等高手,急! 謝謝

I have a question for 各位高手, my I-140 is not approved yet, I-485 pending less than 180 days. If I change job now by transfering H1B to another employer, my current employer doesn't withdraw my I-140 and I-485, can my I-140 and I-485 still be approved? Is it so, that once I transfer my H1B, the USCIS will know that I'm changing employer and will no longer proceed with my 140 and 485? Or they will still process my cases, but in this situation, they will deny the 140 and 485? Is there anything that I can do about it?

Would really appreciate if someone can give some hint.
