Strongly suggest you to extend H-1B

our office had a case whose I-140/485 were denied. But we extended his H so he was saved after I-140/485 denied. We filed a new PERM for him and got approved. Now we re-file I-140/485 for him based on the new approved PERM. He still has time left for H status. Otherwise, he would be out of status at the time of his first I-140/485 were denied.
