關於WOM４４０表的疑問：
-----１。 第一頁有一個空格，"...within () days after serive..." 這個要填幾天？

typically 60 days, you can ask the Clerk when you submit the complaints

２。第二頁的"return of service" 和 "statement of service fees" 和 “declaration of server"要不要我填？需要的話，應該填什麽？我用 certified mail.

choose "others", then "certified mail"
