1 如果申請新的H1，移民局是否是注意申請人在不滿180天換工作，在申請H1的過程中會不會有麻煩？
There is not a rule says about 180days. It is just based on the common sense.
（前後兩份工作都是non-profit組織）在以後的485審批中會不會的麻煩？
It is different way.
新H1申請一遞交上去，在等待審批期間是不是不算是out of status?
You are in the AOS, so it is not out of status. If you worried about it, just use EAD.

2 如果用EAD工作，以後是否會被因為在遞交485不到180天就用EAD工作影響綠卡審批？
