今天打電話給USCIS, 詢問485 收據, 不到90天不給查詢

最近的"USCIS Application and Receipting Update" 說: "If you have not received a receipt within the timeframe indicated below for the Service Center where you filed your application.Contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-375-5283". 其實,報實不到90天,保證根本不給查詢!
