Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On October 27, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.
I guess I got it finally! My case situation is
PD: NIW 09/27/2005 (140/485 concurrent)
1st FP: 11/2005
140 RFE: 02/2006 (independent recommendation letters)
140 Approved: 06/2006 (after reply on 04/2006)
485 RFE: 10/2006 (Medical exams, I don't have that when I submitted my case)
Case transfered from VSC to TSC: 03/2007
2nd FP: 05/2007
Infopass: 05/2007 and was told mine NC is pending, my wife's was clear
changed address: 07/2007
Approved: 10/27/2007
No call to TSC, no letters to anybody regarding NC.I guess FBI might be doing something on stacked NC due to recent fee increase.
