Help! Online updated info after CIS receive I140 RFE

I-140 Jan, 2008 NIW
I-485 file 07/16/08, Received Sep. 08.
I-140 RFE Aug 08
AP Approved Sep. 08
I-140 Response Oct 08
NO FP notice yet.
10/25/08, online info updated, here is the detail.
"You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. "
Does that means if we do not have FP done in 2 months, our I-140 will be delayed? If so, what we can do to expedite to get FP notice?
