我剛入籍。父親現在美國探親，母親現在中國。我想現在為父親申請綠卡， 請問：
1． 父親的申請遞上去後，如何為母親申請綠卡？母親能否申請旅遊簽證來美？
2． 父親的綠卡批準後，如何為母親申請綠卡？母親能否申請旅遊簽證來美？
