Help please for double W2 form

I got LC approved last week(filed at the end of last year), just ready to file I-140 and I-485. But was told by my lawyer yesterday that I have two different W2 forms in the last two years, they are from two different companies, that might be a problem for me. Need help please, thank you so much.
