請教XBT,PJIANG有關I-130 及I-485的問題

Parents come to US more than 10 years and never go back to china.Brother(citizen) plan to apply GC for parents.We will submit I-130,I-485,G-325A and I-693,I-864 at the same time.

My question were

In I-130 form. C.Information about your relative ---13.Has your relative ever been in the US? Yes or No?
My parents now still in the US, and they never go back to china since they first visited here more than 10 years ago.Should I choose Yes or No?Thanks.

In I-485,part 2,Appilcation type,should we choose "a" or "h"?
If choose "h",how to explain the eligibility in the blank?
