回複：關於我目前的情況，真誠請教各位

持L1 VISA，到今年11/15到期，8/17號遞交的485，10/12號收到485和AP的RECEIPT。
律師已經幫我申請L1 VISA延期，並告訴我說，移民局已經收到我的VISA延期申請，說我目前隻要呆在美國境內，就算過了11/15號，也是合法的。如果出境，就必須get mew L stamp。

我想請教各位：
1，按照我目前的情況，過了11/15號，我目前VISA的有效期，繼續留在美國真的算合法嗎？
- you filed extension of L1 which entitles you to stay legally even I-94 expires as long as petition is pending, even though you did not file L1 extension your I-485 makes you legal to stay since

2，如果得到AP再出境的話，還需不需要繼續續簽VISA？

3，在我得到AP之前，我是否可以出境？
