485遞交180天後換工作,原雇主還能撤銷綠卡申請嗎

對485遞交180天後換工作, 究竟有多大的風險心裏沒底, 我也想等到拿到綠卡再走人, 可老板的人品實在太惡劣, 已經忍了3年多了, 想到就算很快拿到綠卡(PD: 12/2005; 485 RD: 06/2007), 拿到綠卡還要等6個月才能保險地走人,實在是鬱悶, 現在看好一個類似的工作,工資多一萬, 離家也近. 就是不知道485風險有多大. 另外, 老板是個很惡心的人, 什麽都幹的出來, 我要是走人, 他能合法取消我的485嗎? 他現在就是知道我卡在綠卡這裏, 肆意欺負利用我, 我現在的工作和將要去的工作都是政府部門,很穩定.請論壇的朋友建議一下. 萬分感謝.
