Why don't renew your H1?

Since it is your fault to let your 485 rejected, you cannot submit your 485 again until your priority date.

If you lost your H1 and you have no other visa, you have no any status to stay usa. You need leave USA. Also, you may have trouble about your green card application. I don't know what your I-140 is. If it is PERM-EB2, since you lost your job, you cannot submit your 485 any more. If it is NIW-EB2, you have trouble later since you have no job.
