as you know my concurrent filing cases 140/485/131 returned after it was in the USCIS for 2.7 mons. I probabily need to use NEW fee for 140/485 when send package back soon.

Only if need to pay 131 fee is not sure. In the notice from USCIS, the item of 131 fee of $305 is marked, means ask us to pay. However, according to you, we do not need to pay fee for the 131 at my current situation when using new fees for 140/485.

Is it true that no need to pay I-131 fee ONCE do concorrent filing using NEW fees for 140 and 485 no matter WHEN you cases?

- When you pay new fee for I-485, no additional fee on I-131/765, no matter they are filed concurrently or not

Is it true that the fee of 170$ for our i-131 cases submiited with our 140/485 cases on July 28 was actually not needed?
When you paid old fee on I-485, I-131/765 are fee based no matter when you file them

At my current concurrent filing situation, we do not need pay $305 for the 131, but need an explaioation in cover letter of why not need, is it right? I asked your kind help again to make sure that case will not be returned again.
