I have some other questions now. I file my I-140 (NIW) last oct. and it since have been pending in NSC ( I am a post-doctor). I just got a job offer in a company and I want to use my EAD card. my questions are:
1) how risky it is?
- You lose H-1 and will be out of status upon denial of I-140/485
2) what kind of caution should I take?
- None
3) will changing job hurt my I-140 approval?
- As long as "same or a similar occupational classification"
