1. Do I have to bring 死亡 證書 and the 死亡 證書 的公證? May I interprete it and show it to the officer? It is too 殘忍 to have my relative to go to the goverment to prepare this kind of 公證。

--I do think you have to bring the death certificate or notarized copy unless there is English translation on the certificate itself.

2. How long can I stay in china with the emergency AP? How many times can I enter US with the emergence AP?

--My understanding is as long as 60 days from the issue date of the AP. Not sure about the number of entries.

3. My I apply for emergence AP right now and use it about 1 and half a month later?

--Emergency AP doesn't give you much time, therefore, if you want to leave later, you'd better go get it right before you leave.
