而AP批之前離境，也有風險。

2） h1 簽證應沒有問題，隻要新的沒批，他們會給你蓋老的H1簽證章。pjang好象寫了一篇文章，你可以google 一下。去年我也這麽回去的，也可以看看我的就貼子。good luck!
