No.Though you will be in Parolee status you can still extend H1B from current employer and you will be also able to do an H1B transfer to another company after you fulfil 180 days commitment.

1. What kind of visa should I go back?

As radiology suggested, using H1b would be the best option. However, it's required to bring your 485 original receipts with you when you enters the custom.

2. What is possibblity to get a H4 visa in shanghai in our case?

You need to get married first, then your spouse will be able to get an H4 visa. You need to prepare solid evidence of your marriage.
