我是EB2 PERM, 485是8月初遞上去的，140剛批。現在對中國人EB2的排期是2006年1月1號，是說對中國人的EB2來說485在2006年1月1號或以前批準的才被批準，對嗎？
your perm approval date is your PD. You still have to queue inside USCIS. Based on EB2 cut-off date, only PD earlier than 2006-1-1 can be adjudicated for GC approval. Otherwise, the case has to stand by.

看USCIS Nebraska Service Center Processing Dates,對於Employment-based adjustment applications （485）來說 processing date 是December 19, 2006. 搞不懂了，那位解惑一下？多謝。
Processing date is a rough estimation of processing of 485 cases. No lawful consequence.
