Wrote letter to Congressman and 1st Lady May 23, 2007
Received letter from FBI, my security background check is pending August
23, 2007
Letter from Congressman Sept 15, 2007, security background check is
clear.
Call USCIS: my case is on the final step Oct 2 2007
GC is approved and Card is ordered Oct 17, 2007.

It's been so long time to get it, the road full of hope, impatient, anxiety and frustration. I have learned a lot in this forum and appreciated those who offered so many suggestions and information.
