My Lawyer called 40 days later since the original day.

But still there is nothing sent out yet. I checked with CIS customer service, and was told that it takes another 30 days to let the I.O. to see the case opened for the re-send requesting. So I don't know when I can receive it.

I am worried that we will get the RFE re-sent too late to respond within 90days within the original date.
