新規定應該是今年5月初生效, 大意是在485沒有準備好之前, 140將不會被審理. 我的問題是; 我是在此新規定之前單獨遞交的140, 已經將近一年, 尚沒有遞485. 是不是我的140根本被審理? 請高人指點迷津, 萬分感謝
