Thanks pJiang! What I'm trying to say is if it is OK to have an employment gap between the two jobs. I'm not sure if there is enough time for my new employer to get H1B transferred since I just gave out the two weeks notice to my current employer. I guess I can ask my new employer if they can put the starting date as the date two weeks from now to avoid a employment gap. The actual starting date can be anytime after the H1B tranfer is approved. Does it make sense to you? I truly thank you for your advice!
