My boss' boss's LP is passed away. Do I have to go feudal

1. he is new, I only talk to him once
2. his daughters set up donation account on the bank. ask us to donated money!?
3. if this person is 小不拉子 (like me), I bet nobody cares. :(
4. if a H1B holder get sick, I bet company will kick him out. :(
5. I like to go to fishing on this weekend
