回複：從H1轉H4急問我是不是OUT OF STATUS?該怎麽辦啊？

我原本是H4,今年4月申請了H1,已經批準了，10月1號生效。
但是我6月生了小孩，現在還沒有去上班，而且也不打算去上
班了。這樣我就沒有拿到PAYCHECK，現在想轉回H4，
我是不是已經OUT OF STATUS了？ 申請H4會不會被據？
會不會影響以後的綠卡申請呢？
我以前從來不知道有這麽麻煩的，現在後悔的腸子都綠了。
- You are being in out of status, while you may still apply for COS by I-539. Your physical condition is a good reason. The short gap (the period of being out of status) will not likely impact you that much (no impact, at all, on GC), except that you may need to get a visa stamp at a consulate.
