Since I-765 is not filed together with your I-485, you need to attach a copy of I-485 receipt to prove the eligibility. When you don't have an I-485 receipt yet, please refer to this http://blog.wenxuecity.com/blogview.php?date=200708&postID=7089#CLASS2
