You have to work with your HR to get those key words, i.e. SAP included in the Employment Verification letter as USCIS will compare the skills you'll list in I-140 against those in your PERM application. If your HR refuses, an alternative is to ask your supervisor to write a recommendation letter using company letterhead to list exactly the skills in the PERM in order to supplement your I-140 employment verification letter, but there is no guarantee that USCIS will take it. This is exactly what my lawyer told me.
