My PD is 10/2002, EB2. Filed 485 at the end of May, 2007. Did FP in the middle of June. Case is in TSC. I got soft LUDs on both 8/24 and 8/25, then nothing happened. On 9/18, a RFE was issued for EVL, continuouse statuses, and Birth Cert. I replied on 10/4/2007. No online messages for either RFE or my reply. I went to Infopass today. According to IO, TSC got my responce to RFE on 10/13 and my background checking "looks good".
