8/17 Filler(I-485,131,765), no any receipts. Need to land Canada before 11/13/2007.

A: ".......You may wish to use your Canadian immigrant visa before it expires so that you
have Canadian permanent residence as a fall-back. There is no problem in having
Canadian permanent residence prior to obtaining U.S. permanent residence.
You should not try to return to the U.S. on the basis of your I-94 card if
you travel to a third country through Canada and do not have either (a)
your U.S. Advance Parole or (b) your new H-1B visa stamp. If CBP determines
that you have traveled to a third country, they will not admit you on the basis
of your unexpired I-94 but will require you to either obtain an H-1B stamp or
your Advance Parole."
Q: "if I go to Canada on a weekend without Advance Parole, can I go back to U.S. next day with my current I-94? No third country travel!"
A: "
Yes, you can travel to Canada for less than 30 days and use your current I-94 (provided there is time left on it) to reenter the U.S."
By the way, anyone wants to join me to land? I live CT.
