Pjiang - Can I still use my EAD?

PJiang, please help!

LG is laid off while 140 is pending and 485 less than 180 days. Company will withdraw 140. But I got my EAD already last month. Can I still use it until it expires next year? or mine is invalid as soon as they withdraw 140?

His lawyer says I can return to TN. Can I do that? I thought I can never reply for a TN after filed 485.
