at AAO ,BIA & Federal court,if CIS make denial decision on the case with visa fraud reason but don't have strong evidence,there is a big change the decesion be revoked by AAO or judge. So CIS probabaly
do so,but they can freeze the case a few years ( let
it keep in I-485 pending status,but don't make any decision on it),if so, you can't appeal.Many factors depond on different officer,if he/she doesn't care it & wants let you go,he/she still can issue green card.
