打電話給USCIS要求了REQUESTSERVICE， 會有NOTICE寄過來嗎

我的140 已經過了TSC 處理日期一個月，我的律師打電話給USCIS要求了REQUEST SERVICE。我今天剛去INFOPASS問我的NAME CHECK的情況，順便讓查了一下140的情況。那個IO說，1我有一個NOTICE2天前發給我的雇主了。不知道是因為那個REQUEST SERVICE 給個NOTICE 還是我的140 有結果了。我當然希望是140有結果了。請問有經驗的兄弟姐妹，REQUESTSERVICE後通常 會有NOTICE寄過來嗎？
