ask PJIANG, XBT for help on I-485 and I-130

My brother(citizen) want to apply GC for parents, and we have one sister already passed away 10 years ago.

1.For my mother's 485 application, In I-485 ,part 3B,list your present huaband /wife, all of your sons and daughters
should we also listed the sister who already died?

2.In I-130, C.Information about your alien relative. 17.List hu*****and/wife and all children of your relative.
Do we also need to list the deceased sister ?
