回複：7/3filer,485,131收據已收到，PF已做，但是AP依然pending

目前是H-1b（入境是幾年前的F-1 visa，轉的H-1b，I-94號碼相同），11月必須去加拿大landing，如果拿不到AP就去，有什麽風險？

1、用所謂30天policy回來，有問題嗎？
- maybe ok if you take I-485 receipt with you

2、有人說沒拿到AP就出境，視作放棄131，更有邪乎的說等於放棄485，哪種正確？
- I-131 is abandoned

3、去加拿大算不算出境？
- you really think Canada is the backyard of US?

4、7/3 filers有多少人拿到AP了？
