請問如果I-94 過期後一兩個月再回是否對下次簽證有影響?
移民局是否有個120天還是180天的寬限期?

- When you receive the denial notice, normally you will be given 30 days to leave the country. When you do so, you're not considered being overstayed, and thus no impact on your next visa.

Even if you do overstay, you still have no problem in next visa applying if you have a good reason to explain the overstay period. How being overstay impacts next visa is not regulated, unless it is over 180 days.
